3. A licence to access our servers is granted automatically to anyone who meets all of the following parameters:
   • Has not been banned or in any other way forbidden to use our services by a member of staff.
   • Has no intention of using our services to make money.
   • Will use our services for entertainment purposes only.
4. You agree that you cannot access our servers without a licence as laid out in Term 3.
5. You agree that our services are not in contravention of any law.
6. You agree that your in-game purchases for virtual goods extend only so long as the game exists, and that they have no real-world value.
7. You agree that you shall disclose to us any information about our services that could or would be detrimental to us or our members.
8. You agree that you shall not and cannot hold the owner or any of our staff responsible for content submitted by our members.
9. You agree to not conduct yourself in a manner that others may or do find offensive.
10. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that minors are not exposed to material on these services that could be deemed unsuitable.
11. You agree to accept any decision made by the owner or any member of staff without question.
12. You agree to not take any action that is or could be detrimental to our services or our members.
13. You agree to not click on advertisements you are not interested in and not to overclick any advertisement displayed on the website.
14. You agree to stick with the game rules we have stated and the Privacy Policy we have on our website.
15. Connection to our game servers may only be made via our own client software. You will not use any other software to connect to the game servers.
16. All in-game purchases including but not limited to virtual items, premium currency (CPs), and account upgrades are final and non-refundable. By making any purchase within Conquer DragonGate 2025, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
17. By registering an account and accessing the game, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, rules, and policies stated herein, including all future amendments.
18. Server Closure Policy: Conquer DragonGate 2025 reserves the right to terminate or suspend the game service at any time without prior notice. In the event of permanent shutdown, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refunds, compensations, or real-world reimbursements for unused virtual items, CPs, or any other in-game purchases.
19. No Ownership Rights: All in-game content, including purchased items and currency, remains the property of Conquer DragonGate 2025. Your purchases grant only a limited, revocable license for personal use within the game, which may be terminated without liability.

1. You'll always treat the Staff [GM's & PM's] of Conquer DragonGate 2025 with the utmost respect, and you will not insult/curse/talk negatively or spread rumors/lies about them or the server.
2. It's forbidden to SPAM any of Conquer DragonGate 2025 Staff members. Doing so will result in a 24-hour chat ban.
3. Selling/Trading accounts/items/CPs outside the game for real-life currencies or any other exchange will lead to your account being permanently banned without prior notice or warning.
4. It's forbidden to mention/advertise any other servers, whether by a web address or anything related to any other private server. If done by a web address, your account will be permanently banned. Otherwise, your account will be banned for 30 days for the first offense, and if repeated, your account will be permanently banned.
5. It is forbidden to abuse any glitch/bug found in-game. If a player discovers a bug, they should report it to [email protected] immediately. Otherwise, the abuser's account will be permanently banned.
6. You are not allowed to ask GM's/PM's for levels, items, CPs, or any free stuff in Conquer DragonGate 2025. Spamming/begging may result in a 7-day chat ban.
7. It's forbidden to use bots in-game. If caught, you'll be sent to the bot jail for 15 days for the first offense, and the period will be doubled if repeated.
8. It's forbidden to scam players in-game. Doing so may lead to your account and IP address being permanently blocked.
9. Your account data will be used only through the Conquer DragonGate 2025 client or http://dragongate.my.to/.
10. It's forbidden to offend other players, whether by using their names, religions, profanity, derogatory names, offensive, pornographic, or racist language. For religious offenses, your computer will be blocked. Otherwise, your account will be chat-banned for 7 days for the first offense, 30 days for the second, and permanently banned after the third offense.
11. You will not ruin any event by running/cheating in the map. If you do, you will be punished.
12. You will not threaten any player in-game, or you'll be chat-banned for 30 days. If you catch someone cheating, send us evidence, and we will take appropriate action.
13. All transactions involving in-game items, CPs, or services are final. The administration will not process refunds or compensate for lost virtual goods under any circumstances, including account bans resulting from rule violations.
14. You acknowledge that virtual purchases have no cash value and constitute a limited license for digital content that may be revoked at any time for violations of these rules.
15. No Refunds for Service Termination: If Conquer DragonGate 2025 ceases operations permanently or temporarily, you explicitly waive any right to claim refunds, damages, or restitution for lost virtual goods, CPs, or account progress, regardless of the circumstances.
16. Voluntary Participation: By playing, you accept that the game is provided "as-is" and may be discontinued without obligation to maintain access or functionality. All purchases are made with this understanding.
17. You agree that your in-game purchases for virtual goods extend only so long as the game exists, and that they have no real-world value.
